Abstract
A successful manufacturing is based on its ability to produce high quality product in time .Cycle
time reduction is one of the most important elements of successful manufacturing today, its goal
is to incorporate less human effort fewer inventories and less space to become highly responsible
to consumer demand. Long cycle time causes high inventory, high cost and very poor customer
service. To stand up in today’s globalization world, manufacturers need to find ways to reduce
production time and cost in order to improve operation performance. Lean manufacturing has a
good predictable role in operation of non-conventional machining process and CNC.
