Abstract
Spacecraft telemetry is the satellite health data. Spacecraft health data comes as a formatted digital data in terms of frames and sub-frames to the ground that is called telemetry. The Telemetry for each raw data, there is a defined definition as per the raw data that we get in terms of binary bit streams that has to be converted to English text. Data analysis is done on this English text. For this data analysis we are converting binary digit to English text. On this English text we have floating utilities which are floating and manually finding out some of the decisions. Data mining platform for satellite health data. Presently data analysis is carried out manually on raw space craft health data. This is time consuming both in terms of data processing and searching. A platform proposed will help in faster data processing and analysis by making use of hadoop open source HDFS and MapReduce algorithm as SaaS on PaaS . Software As A Service (SaaS) for the processing of Big Data which is more than 200 terabytes of data and to implement this idea that is MapReduce algorithm on a platform base (PaaS) in order to provide an easier and more convenient way of processing the large amounts of data in a simpler, convenient manner that is less time consuming and is very helpful on a long term basis.
