An opportunity to join APOTEX Pvt. Ltd. for Internship which helped to get trained on the basic concepts of Manufacturing Industry and the company products as well as on the organization structure. A study focuses on understanding the organization structure of the company. Organizational structure or Organizational chart is a flowchart which clearly gives the picture of the employees who report‘s to whom. Organizational functioning is an important factor for any organization to achieve the desired goals and objectives. This helps in co-ordination at all the levels to smooth functioning.
