Abstract
The project “GENERAL PROVIDENT FUND” is an application that helps in accessing the data of the employees working in the organization which keeps the track of the employees Provident Fund and allows them to access their needs accordingly as they wish to, now the reason can be the choice’s provided by the organization to allow them to access the amount which can be called as the withdrawal amount.
The basic functioning of the provident fund works in a very easy manner as the work was before handled by the admin department where the employee will have to fill the application form and send the approval application to the admin department which would be clearly checked by the admin and then send them a sanction application stating that the employee is eligible to access the withdrawal amount and the further details would be given by the CDA organization which handles the account maintenance of each and every employee of the DRDO and this is how they used to keep a track record of the employees in a form of paper work and then store it in the storage department where there can be risk of loss of data. Now this process would be very slow and time consuming which would maybe be a consuming job.
