Military Support and Surveillance Robot

Abstract
Over the last few years, robots have been a part of our everyday work world. They automate a wide variety of everyday processes in different ways. In the health care sector, search and rescue operations, tutoring our children, self-driving vehicles, caring for our aged, military robotics in autonomous warfare, offering companionship, etc., robotic applications have rapidly evolved. Robots are, thus, making our lives simpler and smoother. The capacity for human-robot interaction is emerging nowadays. If they grow to be more capable, it is clear that they would have an influence on humans ethically, mentally and emotionally. They will be interested in situations where their relationships with other sentimental creatures will incorporate moral character. To ensure that it supports the human being morally to value his feelings, values, and integrity, robots have to be adapted to the individual. This paper offers an explanation of why machine morality has been an important factor for humans. There is an increasing need for the use of military robotics to help troops carry out perilous tasks in this age of a politically uncertain planet. The design and development of a semi-autonomous, unmanned robotic system used for numerous military and rescue operations is the focus of this project. The MSRR, Military Assistance, and Rescue Robot can successfully perform risky roles such as bomb disposal, enemy area monitoring, search and rescue. This eliminates the probability that the lives of both troops and civilians will be lost. The soldiers will better prepare for their missions with the aid of live streams from the wireless camera and data interpretation of the environmental makeup of the region under observation by different sensors. Our project focuses on developing a wireless controlled robot which is an Unmanned Ground Vehicle (UGV) that can sense the different parameters of the surroundings and transmit the data through a wireless medium, display data in LCD as well as on a Remote PC, control the direction of the robot from a remote location using wireless communication and thereby performing military surveillance and analysing the battlefield environment and challenges that the soldiers may potentially face. By using a Wi-Fi camera and many sensors the robot will be able to help the soldiers in the war fields to examine various environmental conditions and challenges they can potentially face and take steps to overcome those challenges and gain an advantage over the enemy in their military operations.
