Abstract
The project titled “A STUDY ON CUSTOMER SATISFACTION OF HOME CREDIT
INDIA PVT LTD” is conducted to know about marketing and how it’s effective. For the
study primary data collected with the help of questionnaire. The project is trying to know
about the customer satisfaction of all the loans provided by HCIF and how it helps in the
growth of company. This study is help to understand the customer view and perception about
the loans provided by the company .It will also helps to find out the satisfaction level of
customer towards the after sale services of the company.
This project is based to find whether the customers of home credit are satisfied on loan and
services. To suggest company some methods to satisfy the customers. To analyze the factors
that attracted the customers to take loan from home credit. To find out the factors influencing
customer satisfaction on home credit. To find why customer want to choose Home credit
instead of other financial companies. This project aims to find the taste and preferences of the
customers and to learn more about the current market trend.
From the study we can say that customer satisfaction play a vital role in private financing
sector. Home Credit offers a wide variety of loan scheme for meeting satisfactory needs of
the customers. Due to the dynamic change in the taste preference of the customers many
companies are brining innovative products. Thus home credit makes it possible for the
customers to purchase the innovative products on an installment basis thereby reducing the
burden of making a single payment Customer satisfaction survey is the process to monitor the
satisfaction quotient of their people. In internal satisfaction surveys therefore tracks the return
on your investments in keeping your people happy, high salaries, a quality culture, a healthy
work environment. Last, but not the least internal customer satisfaction survey helps in
finding the critical areas, which need further improvement.
