The aim of project is to study and understand the existing model of a Quadruped robot that has been designed by Centre of Artificial Intelligence and Robotics, DRDO Bangalore. The main purpose of this robot is to carry heavy loads for military and civilians. The designed robot is electrically actuated and has 3 DOF in each leg. The design of robot is modular and flexible with no permanent joints. Optimization of robot and simulation of the robot is done using Solid works, MSC Adams and MATLAB.en_US
