Abstract
The financial industry is undergoing a dramatic shift due to the growing awareness of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) issues. This approach, known as sustainable finance, aims to incorporate these factors into investment decisions in order to create a financial system that promotes a more sustainable future. One of the main drivers of sustainable finance is the emergence of ESG investing, which is the practice of investors favouring businesses that exhibit sound environmental, social, and governance policies. In addition to matching investments with moral principles, this method can yield profitable results and match investments with moral principles. Lastly, sustainable finance is critical for combating climate change, allocating resources toward solutions, and lowering the financial risks associated with global warming.
