dc.description.abstractThe key purpose of this study is the implementation of e-HRM system in KIMS hospital and to analyze the responses of the employees and the management in its adoption and to envision its impact on the institute. Electronic Human Resource Management (e-HRM) System is an online instant human resource management result which uses latest web application. It can be accessed by doctors, employees and the board of KIMS to check and alter the day to day HR functions in the hospital and take appropriate resolutions. The latest system facilitates the hospital/the institute to provide advanced services to applicants, employees, doctors and clients; it also reduces organization all umber in the area. It’s extremely valuable. The research objectives of this study are: To examine the relevance of e-HRM system in KIMS, to visualize few future advances through e-HRM system in KIMS hospital and to understand a HR policy framework at KIMS. Twenty six statements were assessed in the questionnaire, few were analyzed on a five point Likert Scale in which (1) as strongly disagree to (5) as strongly agree.en_US
