Abstract
The research is conducted as the case study of VM TECHNOLOGY VM TECHNOLOGY is engaged in the Distributor of a wide range of machine like copam; lazer cut machine products and is a forerunner in the field of hard metal technology. The
industry scenario is such that it has a long selling cycle, and VM TECHNOLOGY is no
exception. Hence it has a continuously increasing turnover. VM TECHNOLOGY belongs
to an industry where the operating cycle is long and the working capital requirements are
high. In such a scenario it dwells upon the management of the company to play according
to the dynamics of the industry in such a way that it leads to an advantage to the
company. The management should concentrate on the financial position and health of the
business in which they can achieve success over the other competitors as well
