The era of fossil fuels, as a main part of energy supplies, is coming to end by next some years. Then using new forms of energy instead of traditional forms of energy is necessary. Remarkable daily amount of energy from the sun, and the fact that using solar energy is free of environmental pollution and harmful gases, makes solar energy as proper source to replace fossil fuels. The areas where there is sufficient amount of solar energy, a solar power plant is the best way of generating electricity. Growing concerns about energy availability have increased consumer and government interest in solar power as a viable alternative to traditional power sources. In fact, large concentrated solar power plants are capable of creating the thermal energy equivalent to conventional fossil fuel power plants. A centralized system is needed to monitor the Solar Energy Plant. The system should be able to take in different sensor readings, and transfer data to a centralized location for storage or report generation. If any solar panel has problem we can check that from anywhere. The main essence of Solar Power Station Monitoring System Using Ethernet is to design and implement data monitoring system of a solar power station like voltage, current and wattage using ARM CORTEX M3 CORE and Ethernet connection for data monitoring applications.en_US
