Abstract
At present the corporate is growing in a very huge way. They are providing many
software’s and applications to the customers which are mandatory for them. For facilitating
the software services and resources they will make use of many tools, software’s, networks
and systems. Sometimes there may be any failure/issue or any problem may occur in the
systems. The clients are mainly concerned with servers, sites, software’s and systems from
one incorporated console. In the existing system if any issue happens the Customers will
contact the technical person and it will take more number of days to solve the issues, this
software is mainly developed to overcome such problems.
