Abstract
The development of the PayCrews System represents a significant advancement in payroll processing, addressing traditional challenges through an integrated, web-based application designed to automate and streamline payroll operations. By utilizing modern web technologies such as Angular 17, .NET Web API, and Microsoft SQL Server, PayCrews ensures robust and scalable performance. The system's dual-module design caters to both HR administrators and employees, offering comprehensive tools for managing employee records, processing payrolls, and generating insightful reports for HR, while providing employees with an accessible platform to view detailed payroll information. Enhanced security measures, including Google Cloud Authentication, protect sensitive data and maintain system integrity. The Use Case Diagram serves as a critical tool for delineating user interactions and system functionalities, ensuring that the PayCrew System meets user expectations, enhances operational efficiency, and supports strategic payroll goals.
