Abstract
This project proposes the creation of a mobile app designed to tackle the issue of physical
inactivity among dementia patients, especially those diagnosed with early or mild stages of
Alzheimer's. Extended periods of being sedentary at home combined with cognitive decline
often result in depression and worsening memory due to decreased blood flow to the brain. To
combat these effects, the app offers a platform to suggest low-intensity indoor exercises to keep
patients physically active.
