Abstract
This is internship report based on two months period internship program that I have successfully completed in GoldQuest Global HR Services Pvt ltd under from 14.12.2018 to 12.02.2019 as a requirement of my MBA programme on New Horizon College of Engineering Established in 2001.
The objective of my report is to know how big the Recruitment and consultancy plays an important role Human Resource business and how they deal with the costing and its estimations.
Primary and secondary data were used in making this report. Primary data are those data which I took from my day to day observation, in depth interviews from the company guide and the staff. I have collected Secondary data from company`s website and from the accounting data of the company.
This report mainly consists of the HR company dealing with the costs and its margin set in the recruitment and consultancy. To know how GoldQuest as a startup has adopted and served the clients based on their requirements by maintaining their margin reasonably. The company mainly focuses on Recruitment, HR advisory, Managed services, Temporary Staffing, Background Verification and much more.
Finally, this report will give you a brief analysis on how the costs are incurred by the company based on the necessity of the clients and the pricing charged is fixed based on the requirement. There is a brief interpretation on what are charged by the company and what is the profit earned by them.
