Abstract
The Personal Productivity Dashboard is a web-based application developed using Python, Streamlit, and Pandas to help users organize, track, and manage their daily tasks efficiently. The system provides a centralized platform where users can create tasks, assign priorities, set deadlines, monitor progress, and track task completion status. By offering an intuitive and user-friendly interface, the application enables users to manage their personal and professional activities in a structured manner. The dashboard allows users to add, update, and delete tasks while categorizing them based on priority levels such as High, Medium, and Low. It also includes task completion tracking, deadline management, search functionality, and progress monitoring features. The system automatically calculates task statistics, including the total number of tasks, completed tasks, pending tasks, and overall completion percentage, providing users with valuable insights into their productivity. To enhance usability, the application presents information through a clean and interactive graphical interface. Users can easily view their task list, filter tasks, mark tasks as completed, and download task reports for future reference. The dashboard helps users improve time management, increase productivity, and maintain better control over their daily responsibilities. The proposed system offers several advantages, including improved task organization, efficient deadline tracking, enhanced productivity monitoring, and simplified task management. By automating routine task-tracking activities, the application reduces manual effort and helps users focus on achieving their goals effectively. Overall, the Personal Productivity Dashboard serves as a practical and efficient productivity management tool that enables users to plan, organize, and monitor their activities systematically. The project demonstrates the effective use of Python programming, data management, and modern user interface development techniques in creating a real-world productivity solution.
