| dc.description.abstract | Human Resource is a key requirement for an employment process to be successfully completed. It is defined as "HR is the arrangement of people who make up the workforce of an association, business area, or economy" This project report concerns the significance of recruitment and selection procedure, which is a crucial and indispensable assignment of Human Resource Management. Recruitment highlights every candidate's skills, aptitudes, abilities and experience. The candidates’ selection includes preparing a list of qualified candidates, defining a selection strategy, characterizing a selection procedure, distinguishing capable candidates, carefully assessing qualified candidate and selecting the most qualified candidate. The straight forward attempt of the recruitment and selection is "if perfect individual is selected at correct spot, half work has already been done adequately". In this task I have endeavored to concentrate on all the crucial aspects that ought to be borne at the top of the priority list aimed towards the process to recruit and select a candidate. I have led a research study through a survey which, I carried out with the workers of the AZAKEM Labs Pvt Ltd, Bidar. I have also attempted to discover the various methods utilized for recruitment and selection lastly, attempted to arrive at a conclusion. | en_US |
