Abstract
This project gives the view of the company, its activities and service profile. The transparency between customer and the organization is very high. The study was mainly conducted to understand the level of customer satisfaction towards the IFB Automotive industries ltd to understand the brand image, loyalty, appeal of the brand, customer reaction and Effectiveness. The major outcome of this study is that the customers of IFB Automotive industries ltd are satisfied with their services. They feel that the company has given a lot of importance to the need of the customers and the service provided by them is good.
As the whole study came out with the positive results by showing the high level of customer satisfaction towards IFB Automotive industries Ltd
