Abstract
This application will help the local shops to registered, find the customer and the view the sales report which is generated from the advanced inventory turn over ratio and the complex working capital ratio. The online business application developed with advanced accounting formulae and the data analysis. This product is developed for make in India project to enhance the small scale shops and boost their sales in the near by location.The software uses the formula like zone wise ratio analysis, trade capital management, debit terms management etc.
Where all the expenses we can predict in future are spotted as direct expanse like salary paid , maintenance charge , loan taken interest paid etc . also the expense details which are not included or pre defined such as lose by earth quack ,lost by fire are included in indirect expense details . in existing system the expense will be noted only after the ledger entry are made and stored in the data base. In existing system the unexpected storage will leads to shortage of the cash during the running daily work.The expense are been categorized direct expense and indirect expense. The list of expense which can be predict before occurring are listed under the Direct expenses. Like the salary Paid, Rent paid, Loan interest paid etc. Similarly the expense which we can not predict like lost by thrift, lose by fire , natural calamity etc are been categorized in direct expense. Once these entry are made the information are not carried forward for further years for references.
