Abstract
The “Collaborative Interactions” application is a new method in marketing trying to develop long term relationships with the customers.
Project Description:
The application is all about handling the interactions of the company with its customers, clients and sales. It is all about communicating and providing services to the system where clients can track and access the product status and reports. This application is all about providing better services to the system, finding new customers and improving the revenue of the customers.
Efficiency, quality and cost of the products takes the crucial part in the application. Retaining the customers by maintaining long-term relationships with them and reducing the marketing costs.
Creating, maintaining, protecting and enhancing the brands is the most important skill of the managers. Good marketing include skillful advertisements, excellent trading and consumer services which are the major areas of marketing. Understanding the customer behaviors is the major role which will be categorized based on preferences, age groups, lifestyles etc.
The main aim is to convert the first time customers to repeated customers, repeated customers to clients, clients to advocates and advocates to partners who will perform together to succeed mutually in making profits.

Admin is responsible in handling the clients, managers and all the details related to them. He can view the detailed quotations of the products being delivered. He maintains all the records, total amount of the product and the status of the product.
Marketing Manager handles all the details of the products and modifies the product according to the client’s requirements. He also collects the quotations from the client.
Client manages his profile details. He also receives the details of the meetings and the payments made by him.
