Abstract
Understanding the intricate relationship between RNA structure and function is a fundamental
challenge in computational biology. This project presents a novel approach that harnesses the
power of transformer based modelsto predict RNA structures and incorporates experimental data,
such as chemical mapping profiles, for enhanced accuracy and biological relevance.
