| dc.description.abstract | The project was done at “INVENSYS SKELTA PVT LTD”, BANGALORE in order to fulfill the requirement MBA degree from Visvesvaraya Technological University. The main objective of the study is to know about the “A study on employee work- life balance in Invensys Skelta Pvt Ltd”. A testing has been done to know at what extent work life balance would help in analysing and to identify the factors that affects the quality of life of employees and the career and family and also to understand the current policies and practices relating to employees working conditions and its effect on work-life balance. Work life balance is important and is an essential activity. The project is divided into five chapters, chapter one and two indicates the introduction, objectives, need, scope of the study, literature review, limitations of the study, industry profile, company profile, vision, mission, quality policy. Chapter three indicates theoretical background of the study. Chapter four is about analysis and interpretation of data, findings, suggestions and conclusion. The research design adopted was descriptive research methodology. A survey was done by collecting one hundred and fifty employees of INVENSYS SKELTA LTD. The process of analysis was done through excel sheets, spss, percentage analysis etc. secondary data used by companies journal, old records, websites, etc. The research study helps to identify Work life balance of INVENSYS SKELTA LTD. | en_US |
