Abstract
The Service Based E-Commerce Website is a web application developed to provide various services through an online platform. The main objective of this project is to simplify the process of searching, booking, and managing services for customers in an efficient manner. The system allows users to access different services from anywhere using the internet, which saves both time and effort. The website provides a user-friendly interface where customers can register, log in, browse available services, and book services according to their requirements. Different categories of services can be displayed on the website with detailed information such as service description, pricing, and availability. This helps users make better decisions before booking a service. The project is developed using front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to create an interactive and responsive web interface. The back-end of the system can be developed using PHP or Node.js with MySQL database support for storing customer information, booking records, payment details, and service management data securely. The system also includes an admin module that helps the administrator manage users, services, bookings, and payments efficiently. The admin can add new services, update service details, remove outdated services, and monitor customer activities through the dashboard. This improves the overall management and maintenance of the website. Security and data management are important aspects of the project. User authentication and database connectivity help maintain accurate records and protect customer information. The system reduces manual work and minimizes errors by automating service booking and payment processes through an online platform. The Service Based E-Commerce Website is beneficial for both customers and service providers. Customers can easily access services anytime, while service providers can reach a larger audience through the internet. The project demonstrates the practical implementation of full stack web development concepts and provides an effective digital solution for online service management.
