Abstract
Recruiters look for talent and skill, while AI-integrated recruitment system completely shift the way recruiting is done in IT industries. In this project, we will investigate the role of AI in transforming recruitment within IT - its adoption rate, utility & challenges along with strategic implementation. This examination was aimed at: (a) exploring the implementation of AI technologies into recruitment process, with a focus on how they were leveraging and facilitating in recruiting processes; (b) determining if these tools are considered using direct evidence such as performance metrics for particular tasks or overall levels of productivity among others enabled by use of AI; (c), scrutinizing whether these utilized technologies created any difficulties; voicing steps that would be taken to improve them. The project covers multiple phases: from sourcing to screening, interviewing and onboarding so as to map the impact of AI during each stage- All the while gleaning insights both HR executives perspective along with current + past job seekers.
