Abstract
The project is undertaken at Central Bank of India as a part of MBA programme with the objective of study of “Financial Statement Analysis using Trend Analysis”.
Throughout my study I mainly worked to review the accounting activities in the bank. I went by different divisions of the bank furthermore experiential different operations that are done. Later the information was gathered by communication with the representatives and by reference of yearly reports and administration reports of the association.
The objective of the study is to know the financial performance of Central Bank of India by analysing all the items contains in the financial statement and calculate the trend whether it is upward or downward during the years 2010-2011 to 2014-2015.
The data is taken from primary and secondary sources like annual reports, interviews, observations, journals, newspaper, company’s past records etc. The report will come up with useful suggestions and findings which will help the bank to improve their performance.
