| dc.description.abstract | The Integrated HR, Payroll & Employee Self-Service Platform is a web-based application designed to automate and streamline key human resource operations within an organization. It integrates essential functions such as employee data management, attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll processing into a single unified system, reducing manual work and improving operational efficiency. The platform maintains a centralized database to securely store employee information, ensuring accuracy and easy access. The payroll module performs automatic salary calculations based on attendance, allowances, and deductions, minimizing errors and delays. The Employee Self-Service (ESS) feature enables employees to view personal details, download payslips, apply for leaves, and track request statuses independently, enhancing transparency and reducing dependency on HR staff. The system is developed using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for the frontend, along with Node.js for backend operations, and MySQL for database management. It is tested in a local development environment to ensure proper functionality and reliability. The platform helps improve productivity, maintain accurate records, and enhance communication between employees and management. | |
