Abstract
Private investment objective of any individuals or organization is to maximize the return and
minimizing the market risk and credit risk through diversification. . Mutual fund has become
one of the most attractive ways for the person to invest their money. It is said that bank
investment is the first priority of people to invest their savings and the second place is for
investment in mutual funds and other avenues.
A mutual fund pools resources from thousands of investor and then diversifies its investment
into many different holdings such as stock, bonds or government securities in order to provide
high relative safety and good returns.
In the first part of the project helps to understand an overview of financial services industry in
India, Background and Inception of the Mathias Capital Market Pvt Ltd, product profile and
services of the company, divisional structure of organization. And also used to know about the
recruitment process, required skills and responsibilities for employees at various level and
facilities provides to clients from the company. By summary of annual reports analysis helps
to understand the financial position of the company.
