Abstract
Questgen AI is an innovative open-source natural language processing (NLP) library focused on facilitating the generation of questions in various formats, including multiple choice questions (MCQs). Using state-of-the-art transformer models such as T5, BERT and OpenAI GPT-2, this project aims to develop the world's most advanced query generation AI. Harnessing the power of these cutting-edge technologies, Questgen AI aims to redefine the process of generating high-quality questions in a variety of contexts. Producing questions in various formats including MCQs is very important in many applications such as education, assessment, and content creation. However, traditional query generation methods often lack the necessary flexibility and scalability to effectively ask diverse and contextual questions. Transformational models have emerged as game changers in NLP, offering unparalleled opportunities to capture complex patterns and semantic nuances in text. Questgen AI leverages the strengths of these models by refining them specifically to generate questions in various formats, including MCQs. This approach ensures that the questions created are not only accurate, but also demonstrate fluency and consistency, improving the overall quality of the questionnaires. Questgen AI has an intuitive interface and modular design that allows developers and researchers to easily experiment with different generation strategies and formats. This project aims to automate the assessment creation process in edtech using Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques. By leveraging advanced NLP models such as BERT, GPT-2, and T5 transformer, we seek to generate a variety of assessment questions, including MCQs. Our proposed system offers advantages in terms of time efficiency and scalability for educational institutions and content creators. The expected outcome is a robust and adaptable tool that streamlines the assessment creation process.
