The study focuses on how to keep the company's budgets in check. Both academic and practical elements from the course are covered in the study. It contains the company's history, its goal and objective, and a SWOT analysis. Budgets are important in business because they compare actual performance to budgeted performance. Budgetary control studies can assist businesses in planning their sales, manufacturing, inventories, and other parts of their operations. Preparing a budget has the benefit of cutting down on unnecessary expenses. Managers & business owners are recommended to concentrate on budgetary control strategies in light of the presented facts. | |
