Abstract
Talent acquisition is a critical differentiator for businesses looking to preserve innovation, agility, and sustainability in the fiercely competitive and quickly changing business world of today. Companies like Sun Mobility must continuously modify their people strategy in order to draw and keep top talent, given the rise of cutting-edge technology, shifting worker expectations, and a notable trend toward green mobility and clean energy solutions. With a focus on Sun Mobility, an inventive Indian business dedicated to revolutionizing electric mobility with its distinctive energy infrastructure solutions, this research examines present and upcoming trends in talent acquisition. Operating at the nexus of clean technology, automotive engineering, and digital platforms, Sun Mobility is well-known for its battery swapping network and emphasis on environmentally friendly transportation. As a result, it requires a highly qualified, forward-thinking team that supports the company's goal of decarbonizing mobility. Sun Mobility's present talent acquisition procedures combine conventional hiring techniques with cutting-edge digital tactics, such as AI-powered sourcing tools, virtual onboarding procedures, and employer branding initiatives that emphasize their dedication to sustainability and innovation. This study examines how Sun Mobility has been modifying its hiring procedures to meet the needs of the workforce as well as how it intends to handle upcoming issues including the emergence of Gen Z professionals, hybrid work arrangements, and the need for highly skilled technical personnel. The study uses primary and secondary research to examine the company's hiring practices, including diversity and inclusion, internal talent mobility, partnerships with skilling platforms, college recruitment, and the incorporation of HR analytics. The project also provides a thorough analysis of upcoming trends, including the increasing use of AI in applicant screening, the function of remote evaluations, the use of predictive analytics for workforce planning, and the focus on candidate experience as a strategic objective. In order to give a gap analysis and suggestions that could improve Sun Mobility's talent acquisition efforts even more, these trends are contrasted with the current procedures. Although Sun Mobility has implemented a number of best practices in talent acquisition, the study finds that there is still room for innovation and strategic alignment to ensure that its human capital strategy is future-proof. The business can continue to draw in and keep the talent needed to spearhead India's electric mobility revolution by emphasizing agility, digital transformation, and inclusive hiring.
