Abstract
Diversity hiring is the recognition that these unique people have many common characteristics that helps them in collaborating with others while performing in a common task. That provides them an opportunity to bring together their unique set of abilities to the table, which helps in getting different approaches to a situation.
The objective of my report is to understand how diversity hiring is done at workplace by the organization as well as to know and understand the strategies of diversity hiring used by the organization.
For the purpose of this study, primary and secondary data were used in making this report. Primary data are those data which I took from my day to day observation. I have collected Secondary data from company`s website and handbooks.
CareerNet Technologies is one of the leading recruitment company in Bangalore. Their teams make the company to understand the needs of client and getting the right workplace for the right job. Though the methods of diversity hiring employed varies from company to company, it has been observed that the ultimate goal is to onboard employees belonging to a diverse workforce to promote organizational effectiveness and corporate culture.
