Abstract
Navigating the dynamic landscape of today's employment market to identify suitable
opportunities can be challenging. The advent of AI has empowered candidates to be ranked for
a job role processed by computers. While conventional methods can quantify certain elements
of positions and applicants, the conversion of unstructured data from job descriptions and
resumes often leads to the loss of crucial information.
