Abstract
Cerner’s Scorecard is a project being developed for Cerner Corporation, in collaboration with the PMO (Project Management Officer) team, it facilitates the Cerner higher management and PMO’s to score CCO’s depending on various imperatives and cost drivers which are specified by the firm. This project is going to act as a decision making aid to the higher management and also help the PMO team to evaluate scores for various Cerner associates against the clients they serve.
Client Satisfaction- It is the major module of the project where we will get the accurate result on how well the requirements of clients are fulfilled.
