Abstract
The rapid advancement of Artificial Intelligence and modern web technologies has transformed the way communication and professional skill development are conducted. Effective communication skills are essential for students, job seekers, and professionals to succeed in interviews, workplace interactions, presentations, and career growth. However, traditional communication training methods often rely on manual evaluation, limited feedback, and instructor-dependent learning processes, making it difficult to provide personalized guidance and continuous improvement opportunities. To address these challenges, an Al-Powered Communication Training System was developed during the internship carried out under the Industry4.0 Lab in association with the Career Development Centre (CDC), New Horizon College of Engineering (NHCE).
