Abstract
The development of any country depends on how good is the management of agricultural resources and services provided to the farmers. As we all know that a farmer is the backbone of our country and plays a major role in development of our Nation. One should always think and try to provide best services to the farmers and ease their work.
Our Project mainly includes Mechanical equipment which can be used to cut the arecanut from the tree easily and reduce the work load of the farmers. We have also taken care of the safety issues involved and have tried best to avoid the same. As many accidents have occurred and there always remains a chance of accidents if a person climbs a tree without safety we have come up with an idea and have fabricated a prototype of the same. As it is completely mechanical equipment and does not involve any aspects of electrical or robotics, this overcomes many drawbacks of the previous designs.
Our project is portable and there is no need of any skilled labors to operate it. Our main aim in project is ease the work of the farmers and provide them an economical device and also to help the society with our knowledge.
