Abstract
The Resource Management System is a flexible, interactive resource management system designed to coordinate project-based resource management through the coordination of needs and actions among three key roles: Admin, Ideator, and Investor. This system closes the gap of communication and opens a room for transparency that may aid in making proper decisions to use resources properly. The Admin acts as the overseer of the system, responsible for resource management, viewing and responding to feedback, and ensuring smooth running of the platform. Admins have a central dashboard where they can view project progress, assess how resources are being allocated, and review feedback given by the ideators. Feedback is stored in a database, which is safe from unauthorized access, giving administrators insight into the challenges and improvement needed in the resource allocation, thus making it easier to make data-driven decisions.
Ideators are empowered to provide their comments on the resources or processes that have been used in the system since they are originators or contributors of ideas. It is this feedback mechanism that makes sure that their voices are heard so that they may feel valued and involved in the improvement process in a collaborative environment. The intuitive interface of the system makes it easy for the ideators to submit their comments in a non-disruptive and seamless process. The third important role in the system is investors. They are offered the tools to track how the resources are being utilized and the status of projects that they have funded. By giving the opportunity for investors to be well informed and connected, the platform creates trust and accountability as it encourages confidence in how their investments are managed.
