Abstract
The Kawasaki Bike Showroom and Test Drive Booking System is a modern web-based application developed to simplify and enhance the process of exploring motorcycles and booking test rides. In the traditional system, customers are required to physically visit showrooms to gather information about available bike models, their specifications, pricing, and to schedule test rides, which can be time-consuming, inconvenient, and limited to showroom working hours. This often leads to delays and difficulty in comparing different models. To overcome these challenges, the proposed system provides a digital platform where users can access all relevant information from anywhere at any time. Customers can browse a wide range of Kawasaki bikes, view detailed specifications such as engine capacity, mileage, and features, check prices and available color options, and use an integrated EMI calculator to estimate monthly payments based on their budget. Furthermore, the system allows users to book test rides online by selecting their preferred date and time, making the process quick and hassle-free. The application also reduces manual work for showroom staff and improves overall efficiency. By offering convenience, better accessibility, and a user-friendly interface, this system enhances customer experience, supports informed decision-making, and represents a significant step toward digital transformation in the automotive showroom industry.
