Abstract
a complaint registry website which acts as an interface between the common people and counselors. This website will serve as a communication channel and help people to improve their locality and abide by their civic sense. This website helps the common people to upload the problems in their area which can be solved by the counsellors of that respective area. The counsellor views the messages or photo uploads and takes action quickly as possible. User gets a notification that the counsellor as viewed the problem. Counsellor can upload and share the various area development plans, for example roads, street lights, water etc. If the counsellors fail to solve the problem the people registered in this website will have a proof to lodge complaint against the counsellor who failed to solve the problem. The user can register into the website by signing in with their voter id and the locality where they are staying. After mentioning their locality, they will be automatically allocated to that locality group.
